To choose your stamp, the first thing you must be clear about is the size in which you want to stamp your design. We recommend that you print your logo or design in the size you are interested in and superimpose it on the different supports on which you want to print. Once you are clear on the correct size, choose the BigStamping stamp that “fits your design”. Remember that the measurements we indicate are those of the boards on which the rubber is supported and that as such, you have all that space available to take advantage of, although you can also leave a margin.

Currently, the website only serves orders for our products to be shipped to the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Mexico, United States, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, United Kingdom, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Chile and Canada.

All orders to the United Arab Emirates will be free for purchases over AED 1070 (€280). For orders of less than AED 1070 (€280) an additional charge of AED88 (€23) or AED 140 (€37) will apply depending on the product ordered.

It will take 10 (working) days to deliver your order. You will be able to check your order at any time via e-mail, to estimate when it will arrive.

At BigStamping we want you to be completely satisfied with your stamp. Therefore, if you detect a defect, we will be happy to help you fix it. Write to us at info.en@bigstamping.com explaining the reason for the return, and stating the order number. Do not forget to put “RETURN” in the subject line.

In order to process your request, we will ask you to attach some pictures of the problem. With them, we will be able to detect the problem and act accordingly.

If the product is not in correct condition, we will refund your money or send you another unit of the defective item.. Everything will depend on the detected incidence.

On our product pages, specifically on the stamps and kits, you will find a button with the title “Select file“. By clicking it you will be able to choose the file containing your design.

With some exceptions, it will not allow you to add the stamp or kit to your cart if you have not “uploaded” your design.

It is difficult to calculate the number of prints you can get with our inks and stamps. It depends on the size of the stamp, the shape of the design and your ability to apply the ink to the stamp.

With that in mind, we can tell you that as a guideline, it could be that With a Super Kit and using textile ink, between 50 and 80 printed T-shirts can be produced. With the same stamp, but using ink for paper and cardboard, you can obtain 500 to 1500 impressions.

Currently, on the web you can find four types of inks and each type available in various colors.

Paper and board ink and ink for porous surfaces have the same purpose: to print on paper and board. With the bottle, you can spread the ink as you wish on our large stamps, but with the stamp pad, you can only use the “mini Stamps”.

The textile ink will allow you to “stamp” your designs on all types of fabrics except nylon and neoprene.

As for the quick-drying ink, it allows you to stamp on all types of surfaces, but you can only use it with the small stamps, the ministamps. With this ink, you can stamp on plastic, glass, metals, leather and other surfaces described in more detail in the product data sheet

Speedball textile ink can withstand up to 100 washes. For this purpose, a drying time of 48 hours is recommended and do not wash for 7 days.

In addition, it is advisable to wash at low temperature and do not tumble dry.

Currently, for tax reasons and as a European company, BigStamping can only invoice in the currency of the European Economic Community, the €.

We hope to be able to offer the option of charging in native currency very soon but, in the meantime, we have incorporated a “Currency selector” that will show the prices in the currency you need.

In the shopping cart you can also see the prices in your favorite currency, but in the payment / checkout page, the total will be shown in euros.

You don’t have to worry about it. The currency exchange is automatically calculated every hour and your operator (whether you pay by credit card or Paypal) will make the payment without any problems.
