What form of payment do you have?

We accept payment by credit card and Paypal.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, Spain, Andorra, France, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Chile, United States, Canada and Australia. Please consult delivery times in each case.

Shipping costs and delivery times by country

Currently, the website only accepts orders for our products to be shipped to Canada, Spain, Andorra, France, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Ireland, Poland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Chile, United States, Canada and Australia. In case you need delivery to a different country, please write to info.en@bigstamping.com and tell us about your case.

Below are the shipping costs and delivery times for the countries for which our website serves orders.

Canada

All orders to Canada will be free of charge for purchases over 280€. For orders under 280€, shipping charges ranging from 27,95 to 42,50 euros according to the products ordered. 

It will take about 8 (working) days to deliver your order.

Note: For this country, BigStamping is responsible for customs charges, duties and other taxes arising from special situations (free ports, etc.).

Spain

All orders to Spain, within the peninsula area, will be free for purchases over 100 €. For orders under 100 € the basic shipping charge of 6,50 € will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional charge of €5,50 for each of these items.

The shipping costs in Spain for orders outside the peninsula will be free for purchases over 160 €. For orders under 160 €, the costs are as follows: Balearic Islands (8,50€), Ceuta (14,95€), Melilla (14,95€), Canary Islands (15,95€). In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of 6,50€ for each of these items.

It will take between 3 and 7 (working) days to deliver your order. You will be able to check your order at any time by email to estimate when it will arrive.

Andorra

All orders to Andorra will be free for purchases over 190 euros. For orders under 190 euros, an additional 14.99 euros will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of 5€ for each of these items.

France

All orders to France will be free for purchases over 190 euros. For orders under 190 euros, an additional 15,95 euros will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of 5,50€ for each of these items.

Germany

All orders to Germany will be free of charge for purchases over 190 Euros. For orders under 190 Euros, an additional 15,95 euros will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of 5,50€ for each of these items.

Portugal

All orders to Portugal will be free of charge for purchases over 100 euros. For orders under 100 euros, an additional 6,50 euros will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of 5,50€ for each of these items.

It will take between 4 and 8 (working) days to deliver your order. 

For Madeira, orders will be free of charge for purchases over €190 and the estimated delivery time for orders is 8 to 10 working days. For orders under 190 euros, an additional 15,95 euros will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of €5,50 for each of these items.

We do not ship to the Azores Islands. Please contact us by email if you require delivery to this area of Portugal.

Belgium

All orders to Belgium will be free of charge for purchases over 190 euros. For orders under 190 Euros, an additional 15,95 euros will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of 5,50€ for each of these items.

Netherlands (Holland)

All orders to Netherlands (Holland) will be free of charge for purchases over 190 euros. For orders under 190 Euros, an additional 15,95 euros will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of 5,50€ for each of these items.

It will take 7-10 working days to deliver your order.

Denmark

All orders to Denmark will be free of charge for purchases over 190 euros. For orders under 190 Euros, an additional 15,95 euros will be applied. In the case of purchasing a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there will be an additional cost of 5,50€ for each of these items.

It will take 7-10 working days to deliver your order.

Chile

All orders to Chile will be free of charge for purchases over 280 euros. For orders under 280 euros, shipping charges will apply and can range from 26 to 40 euros depending on the products ordered.

United Arab Emirates

General ordering information

You will be able to check your order at any time by e-mail to estimate when it will arrive.

Whenever you place an order, you will have to take into account if it is a weekend, if an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will not be able to validate it until the following Monday. The same applies if the order is placed on public holidays or the eve of public holidays.

What is the process for tracking my order?

After placing your order we will send you an email with your order confirmation.

After checking that the payment has been made correctly, we will start manufacturing and preparing your order.

If you have any doubts about your design, you will receive a second email with a print proof for you to review and approve the design.

Finally, you will receive a third email with the invoice and the delivery date provided by the courier company.

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.

What is the return policy?

Steps to follow if you want to return your order:

1- Send us an e-mail, within a maximum of 15 days from the date of placing your order, to infooen@bigstamping.com explaining the reason for the return, and stating the order number. Don’t forget to put in the subject line “RETURN”.

2- Once we have processed your incident, we will ask you to send the product to the address we will provide you with so that we can check and review it. The cost of delivery shall be borne by the customer.

3- If the product is not in correct condition, we will refund your money or exchange it for another product depending on the type of return.

How to submit designs?

The ideal is to send vectorial designs, in their native format, that is to say in the programme in which they were designed: AI, CDR, PDF etc… Otherwise send in jpg, tif or png at the highest possible quality.

The image or design must not contain more than one colour. Neither shades nor gradients, it must be monochrome, it must be 100% ink or white.

Is the size shown on the website the size of the stamp or the size of the wood?

The size shown on the kits and stamps is the size of the wood.  Inside this size of wood you can make your stamp design in any size you want, as long as it fits inside. If you don’t know how to do it, we will adapt it for you once you have made your purchase.

How many prints do I get with one bottle of textile ink?

It is difficult to calculate the number of impressions that come out as it depends on the  size of the stamp and the shape of the design. But as a guideline, it could be that with a Super Kit, between 50 and 80 T-shirts can be produced.

How many prints do I get with one bottle of paper ink?

Es difícil calcular el número de impresiones que salen ya que depende del tamaño del sello y la forma del diseño. But as a guideline it could be that with a Super Kit, you can get between 500 and 1500 prints. This ink is very efficient.

Can you design my logo?

Unfortunately we cannot provide this service at the moment, what we can do is to adapt and prepare the file you send us within our possibilities. As long as we can work with him. When we receive your order, we will analyse your design, and if there are any problems we will contact you immediately and between the 2 parties we will try to solve it in the best possible way.
